Crazed concealed carrier snaps in public?

Did a concealed carrier get mad at a woman who stole his parking spot? Did someone overreact to a shoplifter?

Shortly after 5 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the 500 block of Maides Avenue to investigate a report of a domestic dispute involving a weapon. The first officers on the scene saw a man armed with a large knife walk out onto the porch, the release said. The man then returned inside. Officers ordered the man to drop the knife and come outside. Instead, the man walked back outside with a handgun and a knife.

Officers again tried to negotiate with the man, who went back into the home and returned with a woman, pointing the gun at her head, the release said. Eventually, he moved to the front yard, where he fought with her, police said.

Oh my! It was domestic! Did a cowardly gun owner snap and try to murder his wife?

Suspect

Luckily the cops managed to get him into custody without hurting either of them.

Mark my words. Had he managed to kill her, the gun grabbers would be trumpeting yet one more domestic violence gun murder. They would ignore the fact that he was a convicted felon who had no business with a weapon of any sort.
