What would you do if the store you were shopping in was robbed and the robber kidnapped the clerk at gunpoint?
What would you do if a man with a gun was kidnapping a woman right in front of you? Would you just watch as she was dragged off to be raped? If you don’t carry a gun, you won’t have a choice. Well, I suppose that you could elect to get shot by the kidnapper, but wouldn’t it be more efficient to just carry a gun so you can shoot him first?
Remember this story the next time you are confronted by an anti-gunner. Ask them why they want to require you to be unarmed in the face of this kind of depravity. Ask them why they would prefer the raped woman to the dead would-be rapist.
