Protip: Don’t point a gun at yourself

After a successful robbery, this thug went from winning to losing in the time it takes to squeeze a trigger.

(Suspect), 24, and the reported victim met Tuesday in the wooded area behind the shopping center at 4600 New Centre Drive for a marijuana transaction.
(Suspect) is accused of pointing a gun at a 25-year-old man and taking his phone, cash and an MP3 player, according to a news release from the Wilmington Police Department.
At some point after the incident, authorities believe he accidentally shot himself, and a family member took him to the hospital.

Too bad he was pointing the gun at his hand. Maybe next time it will be his head.

This is, of course, not his first encounter with the law.
