I guess he earned his nickname

What might one call a person who does something like this?

A Fayetteville man is accused of having sex with a 10-year-old girl in 1998 and fathering her child three years later, authorities said.

I might think of a couple of things to call him.

Suspect

It looks like his “alias” is well deserved, though insulting to the entire genus Sus.
