I routinely check just about every crime story in the local newspaper. I’ve done over 250 “Felon behaving badly” stories, but this one surprised even me.
So an accidental hit and a deliberate run?
Figure the odds that a felon would hit and kill another felon. Are there so many felons on that street that hitting another felon is commonplace?
I am guessing that the suspect falls squarely into the category of “Usual Suspects.”
