Finally a newspaper reporter does his job

Most of the time you see a story about a crime here, there is no mention in the newspaper report about the criminal backgrounds of the suspects. Not this time. Here’s the crime,

Lorenzo and Cheryl Graves were found shot to death in front of their downstairs TV. The body of their 4-year-old daughter, Oznola, was near her parents' bed, where family members think she was hiding before she was stabbed to death.

These animals not only murdered a man and his wife, they tracked down and slaughtered their 4 year old daughter. The death penalty is too good for them. They only give death penalties by lethal injection in this state. I think that dragged behind an elephant and then stomped to death would be more appropriate here.

So what about the suspects?

Suspect 1

The other two suspects don’t come up in the DOC website. But the reporter did his job and found out their backgrounds.

(Suspect 1) was convicted last year of felony possession of a weapon of mass destruction, court records show. He was given credit for being locked up for 88 days and placed on probation for three years.

In 2004, (Suspect 1) was convicted of felony possession with intent to sell cocaine and placed on probation for two years.

(Suspect 1) also was charged last year with felony possession of a weapon of mass destruction, possession of a firearm by felon, possession with intent to sell cocaine, according to court records. Those charges were dismissed.

(Suspect 2)was charged in June with felony breaking and entering and larceny, according to court records. Those charges were dismissed. He was charged last year with misdemeanor possession of stolen goods. That charge is pending.

(Suspect 3) was convicted last year of possession of marijuana.

Good job on the reporter’s part. Otherwise we might think that two of the suspected killers were fine and upstanding citizens influenced by one criminal.
