Sounds good to me. What I don’t understand is why the homeowner was charged for having a poker game. The surviving thug will be charged once he is released from the hospital. Hopefully he will be charged with felony murder since his partner died in the commission of a violent felony.
Moral of the story? Carry your guns, even at poker games at your friend’s house.
