Crazed North Carolina man totes gun in NY

What was he thinking?

A North Carolina man was arrested in Inwood on Wednesday after police officers saw the handle of a gun protruding from his front pants pockets, according to police.

Did he somehow think that his North Carolina Concealed Handgun Permit was valid in New York? Should we march on New York and demand that they respect our Second Amendment rights?

Suspect

Oh. Well I should have known. People who break the law make it a lifestyle. People who have CHPs tend not to do things like that.
